2. Praise, praise and praise

In multi-level marketing, it is not enough that you communicate with the down lines, you have to praise their good sales and determine if they have recruited the number to meet their quota.

According to psychologists, praise is an effective tool to motivate the people to do their jobs efficiently and it helps facilitate to let the people aim higher.

If ever they have not met their quotas, guide them and motivate them but avoid comparison to other members because it might taint the group in the long run.

3.  Be a good example.

Show to the group that you are a hardworking and dedicated marketer. You cannot let them follow you if you are not a hardworking leader.

You have to show to the network marketers that you are sincere and trustworthy in all the business dealings that you have.

4. Continue studying and research new marketing strategies.

Marketing strategies is an evolving matter, what was acceptable before might not be effective today so it is important that you continue to arm yourself with the latest marketing techniques that you and the networking group can effectively use.

Study which is the best marketing strategy for you and the group and though you might have other experience from multi-level marketing firms it is still essential that you study what is best for the current multi-level marketing program you are in.

Most of multi-level marketing firms use different techniques so make sure that the down lines understand it as what is effective to other companies may not be acceptable to your multi-level company. 

5. Be internet savvy.

In multi-level marketing, internet is the best friend that will help ease the demands of multi-level marketing program. It is important that you are updated with the internet

It would be a great help if you will maintain a website that will display all the products and services that the multi-level marketing company offers.

And being internet savvy, the other marketers will be updated with the new forecasts and their current standings.

As a whole, be a good, dedicated and responsible leader and you will expect the same from your down lines.
