The recruiting process in multi-level marketing is as easy as learning your first ABC’s. You don’t have to worry that you may not find enough people to join you as your downline.

Actually you may be surprised that more and more people are willing to join as downlines, more than what you have imagined and much more than the quota that is required of you.

Don’t raise your eyebrows at me, I know that there are a lot of people out there that are willing to join multi-level marketing except that they don’t know how and where to start.

Here are some tips that I will give you in order to have your recruiting success a lot easier and more productive.

1. Write the possible questions and answer them accurately

In order for your recruiting to be really successful, write thoroughly on a sheet of paper all the possible questions that your prospects are expected to ask you. The questions might be centered as follows:

What is multi-level marketing?
What is the difference of multi-level marketing from pyramiding?
How is the pay out system carried out?
What are the products the company offers?

The questions above are just some of the questions usually asked by prospects in the network marketing.

Write also on the paper and know by heart all the answers to these questions.

You have to be aware that your prospects are waiting for real answers and not just media hype so answer the prospects openly and sincerely.

2. Know the prospects by their needs and future plans.

You are offering them a multi-level marketing business investment because you wanted to help these new prospects, so in this case you have to know the needs as well as the future plans of the prospects.

You have to know if your prospects are planning to build a house, buy cars or planning to have a grand vacation. Knowing their immediate plans, as well as their long term goals, will help you explain to them the reasons why they should join you in the network marketing system.

3. Be professional and build trust.

Trust is something that you have to build when you are building your downlines. The people are looking for a chance to have better lives. They are looking for people that can give them that kind of opportunity and at the same time somebody that they can fully trust.

Building trust is not an easy job so you have to practice discipline and be professional in all your business dealings.
