In order to get the full potential of your profits and investment in multi level marketing, you have to get your downlines properly.

A healthy downline will not only benefit you but also your marketing team and eventually the whole company as well. Remember that when you are involved in multi level marketing, team work is still the key for more and higher profits.

Here are some tips to create a strong downline and ensure that your direct sales will grow everyday.

1. Build a personal relationship with your downlines. Your downlines want to know better who they work for so it is better that they know you not just by your name but it is better that they know something about you like how you started in marketing, what are your experiences in sales and how they can also get numerous sales like you do.

2. Always find ways to communicate to your downlines. Set a regular meeting for your downlines, this will let you see the progress that they are doing and also a chance to give encouragement to those that are lagging in sales.

You can use email, chat, news letters or form groups online such as yahoo groups, to which you can post your informative articles, new guidelines or simply praise them for a job well done.

3. Give incentives. You can give incentives to those marketers that have gotten the highest number of recruits. You can also give freebies or discount coupons to the new recruits. This might be small token but it will give your downlines and new recruits some boost to work to their best ability.

4. Write marketing articles or free ezines. Marketing articles provides a good chance for web site traffic. You can write a few articles and then put a link to the site that shows the products you are selling then submit them to sites that offer free articles directories.

5.  Educate your networking team. Marketing sales evolve from season to season and though your products are not seasonal, it is still a good way to inform your networking team on how they can better boost their sales as business climates change.

6. Learn to advertise. Advertisement is a key for the success of your networking team.
 
Help them to create fliers, calling cards, and brochures. These informative materials will attract other people that are also looking for new business opportunities.

7. Never Stop. Ask your downlines to be enthusiastic and inspired even if they received rejection from other people. A successful multi marketing investment lies on the determination and courage of its marketers.
