One of the most important things one can do in multi level marketing is to recruit dow lines. For it is with dow lines that regular retail and MLM part company and the real profit kicks in.

Here are tips to develop your recruitment process.
1. Your goal is to invite at least one person everyday. Let us be realistic and not hurry too much. One person a day is easier than inviting group of people at once. If you miss a day, you can easily catch up. You will not feel pressure because one person a day is easy and you will be able to attain your goal much easier. Make a list of all the persons you know. Invite them for your company presentation event. First organize a professional briefing regarding your business. Gather the people you have invited to this one main event.

2. Learn to communicate effectively. Your goal is to make your professional event beneficial to your prospect. You have to ignite some excitement to make them come to your business presentation. Use a lot of adjectives to encourage people to listen to you.

3. Seek third-party help, through your upline, to invite more people. Your upline should always  be keen to help uou succeed, because they cant be successful, in MLM, unless you are!

4. Send invitation cards through snail mail, email and voice-mail. Make use of your company’s tools and supplies. Try to be creative to impress more prospects.

5. Don’t forget to list down what you have accomplished and all important persons to talked to. This way you won’t forget someone or something like follow-ups and meetings. 

6.Maximize your time in talking with your prospects. Build a nice but professional relationship with your prospects.

7. Always do follow-up let them feel your with them all the time., and if they need to contact you, then you will be there for them.   

After you accomplished all this, you can be sure that you are successful in recruiting someone for your business. Repeat this procedure until you have reached your goal.
